The Hospitality Law practice of Taylor-Busch
provides experienced legal representation in all facets of the
hotel and restaurant industry. The practice group consists of
veteran lawyers from several distinct practice areas who provide
creative, cost-effective advocacy to clients ranging from start-up
businesses, franchisees, and national franchisors with a focus
on advising clients with legal issues involving all aspects

regulatory advice and counsel and general commercial and financial
advice. In addition, Taylor-Busch’s Hospitality Law attorneys
represent, and serve in executive leadership roles with the
Georgia Restaurant Association (GRA) and the Georgia Hotel &
Lodging Association (GHLA). We work closely with these organizations
to promote and protect the interests of our clients and the
industry in matters at the local, state and federal levels.
Charles Hoff, the managing partner of the firm’s Hospitality
practice, serves as General Counsel and as an Executive Committee
member of the GRA’s Board of Directors. He also chairs
the GRA’s Restaurant Operations General Counsel and Franchising
Roundtables where he provides helpful information on the most
up-to-date legal issues and trends confronting the industry.
Members of the firm also actively serve as leaders in the Hispanic
Restaurant Association. Additionally, the firm provides the
GRA’s Legal Helpline and authors articles in its newsletter
as well as the Restaurant Forum magazine. The firm is also proud
to represent a major industry non-profit purchasing cooperative
involving some of the largest restaurant and franchisors within
the food services vertical.
