Mr. Duma is a founding member of Taylor-Busch primarily focusing upon corporate law and finance, business transactions, and intellectual property. Mr. Duma represents businesses at all stages of development, from start-ups to companies with revenues in excess of $1 billion. His experience includes not only practicing law but also handling administrative, human resource, accounting and finance, and strategic development functions as a corporate executive in the private sector.
Mr. Duma has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia, representing the State in a multi-million dollar dispute involving an outsourced vendor and the development, implementation and servicing of a technology solution for the Medicaid System and State employee benefits program.
He has also served as General Counsel for Thoughtmill Corporation and XcelleNet, Inc and as corporate and intellectual property counsel for Premiere Global Services, Inc., Per-Se Technologies, Inc. and Attachmate Corporation (formerly Digital Communications Associates, Inc.). Prior to joining Taylor-Busch, Mr. Duma was a partner at Powell Goldstein, LLP in its corporate department.
