Ronald Gaither is a trial attorney handling matters in all aspects of general litigation. Ron handles matters ranging from commercial disputes to personal injury claims. A focus of his practice is products liability defense and specifically, automotive and motorcycle products litigation.
Mr. Gaither has a wide range of litigation experience in state and federal court, arbitration and mediation proceedings, and other alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Gaither served as a litigation associate with Powell Goldstein, LLP, one of Atlanta’s and Washington D.C.’s most respected law firms. Ron was also an associate with Greenberg Traurig, LLC, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the United States and other countries.
