Perry McGuire is a partner in the Corporate law group and also specializes in franchise and distribution law. Prior to joining Taylor-Busch, Perry was Of Counsel at Hartley, Rowe, and Fowler, P.C., and prior to that was a Corporate Attorney for Chick-fil-A, Inc. in Atlanta. Perry is a former state Senator and was the 2006 Republican nominee for Attorney General of Georgia.
While Perry’s practice focuses on franchise and distribution law, Perry’s in-house experience has given him a broad base of experience on which to draw to assist clients in many areas of their business.
Perry has successfully counseled both franchisors and franchisees at every level of the business cycle. He has assisted both franchisors and franchisees get started in their business and believes that any successful franchise is set up on a win-win model for success of both franchisors and franchisees.
Perry’s experience as a long-term in-house practitioner gave him the opportunity to touch every area of a business. He has negotiated very complex business contracts, as well as handled very sensitive employment issues.
In addition, Perry’s governmental experience helps clients cut through the red tape of governmental bureaucracy.
