Matt Holley is a corporate lawyer with extensive finance and regulatory experience, specializing in business relationships and regulatory matters. He has counseled and served as primary attorney to companies in the health care, technology and manufacturing arenas. Mr. Holley assists companies in developing effective employee, independent contractor, vendor and business partner relationships.

Mr. Holley draws upon his experience in structuring operations, handling troubled business relationships, and investigating allegations to work with clients in designing contracts to rationally balance business opportunities and risk.

In his law practice, Mr. Holley has assisted medical practices, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as a wide range of finance and service industry clients. In private practice, Mr. Holley was with Powell Goldstein, LLP in Atlanta for over ten years, where he represented publicly traded and privately held clients in the health care, manufacturing, software and service industries.

Mr. Holley serves as Chair of the ethics committee that reviews research conducted by the AIDS Research Consortium of Atlanta, and served on the ethics committee that reviewed research conducted at the U.S. Air Force Keesler Medical Center. Mr. Holley was a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, where he led a unit that consulted on the development of career structures, technical training and the improvement of operational performance.
