LaTise Miller is the managing attorney of the firm’s residential real estate closing practice. Ms. Miller can assist clients with all of their real estate closing needs, including new or existing home sales, refinances, construction loans, HELOCs, REOs, and 1031 exchange transactions.
Ms. Miller has practiced in the areas of residential and commercial real estate for eight years. Ms. Miller has substantial experience closing residential real estate transactions and has expertise with all loan products. Her practice has encompassed all areas of real estate transactions, including the acquisition and development of raw land, construction loan closings, contract review, and the creation of subdivisions, town-homes and condominiums. |
