John Richard concentrates his litigation practice on complex securities, corporate, and financial disputes. John counsels clients in connection with internal and governmental investigations, mortgage and financial fraud matters, corporate control and governance disputes, and administrative law and regulatory matters.
John has extensive experience litigating guaranteed lending disputes involving federal executive agencies, particularly the U.S. Department of Agriculture. In addition to conducting corporate and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts, John also serves as a resource on issues relating to the Freedom of Information Act.
Prior to joining Taylor, Busch, Slipakoff & Duma LLP, John spent five years as a litigator in Powell Goldstein LLP’s Securities, Corporate, and Financial Litigation practice in Atlanta.
