Ilene Berman is a partner in the Firm's labor and employment group. Prior to joining Taylor-Busch, Ms. Berman practiced law for 13 years with Fisher & Phillips LLP, a well-respected national labor and employment law firm. She also practiced labor and employment law for three years at Proskauer Rose LLP, another highly regarded national firm in New York City.
At Taylor-Busch, Ms. Berman devotes much of her time defending employers in employment litigation as lead counsel in federal and state courts, before administrative agencies and in arbitration. She also counsel and trains employers on a wide-range of employment-related issues, including conducting on-site compliance inspections and in-house management training programs.
