Gregory G. Schultz is a member in the law firm of Taylor-Busch where his practice includes commercial real estate, construction law, complex litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and bankruptcy law. Prior to joining Taylor-Busch, Mr. Schultz was a partner at Gambrell & Stolz, LLP, where he practiced law from 1998 until 2005 and received his “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Schultz practiced as a certified public accountant with a national accounting firm and held the position of controller with a large Atlanta-based real estate developer. Mr. Schultz also assists clients in connection with tax-deferred like-kind exchanges of real estate under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Mr. Schultz has authored the following publications: “Commercial/General Liability Coverage of Faculty Construction Claims," 33 Tort and Ins. L.J. 257 (1997) and "Statutory Deconstruction: An Examination of Critical Legal Studies in Context," 26 Cumberland Law Review 459 (1996). In addition, Mr. Schultz has authored a number of publications for the State Bar of Georgia’s Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
