George C. Gaskin is a partner with the Atlanta law firm of Taylor, Busch, Slipakoff & Duma, LLP, where he focuses upon securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and providing general corporate advice. He represents and advises companies in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, in mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, in mezzanine lending transactions, and in general corporate and commercial matters. He also advises public companies on their reporting obligations under federal securities laws, national stock exchanges and the NASD. In addition, George served as the reviewing partner for the Corporate Governance Quick Reference Guide published by McKenna Long & Aldridge, LLP, a national law firm headquartered in Atlanta and with whom George practiced law from January 2001 through March 2006. Prior to joining McKenna Long & Aldridge, George served in various capacities for Anacomp, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed document management company, for more than ten years, most recently as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary.
