Diane Festin LaRoss is a partner with the Atlanta law firm of Taylor, Busch, Slipakoff & Duma, LLP, where she focuses upon general litigation including public and private contract litigation and government contracts consulting. She represents public and private contractors, insurance companies and government entities. In addition, Diane served as Of Counsel to Powell, Goldstein, LLP, a national law firm headquartered in Atlanta and with whom Diane practiced law from November 1999 through January 2007, where she represented private contractors in bidding, defending, or challenging contracts with state and federal governments. She also advised government agencies on procurement policies and procedures and managed multi-jurisdictional construction litigation. Prior to joining Powell Goldstein, LLP, Diane served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia handling complex prisoner litigation including the management of court ordered renovation of the prison system statewide and major tort litigation.
Diane has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation through trial, and on appeal, in both state and federal courts along with representing numerous clients in arbitration and mediation. |
