Corey Cutter is an experienced litigator in Taylor-Busch’s Labor and Employment and Litigation groups. Her practice is focused in the areas of employment litigation, insurance defense and coverage, and commercial litigation. Ms. Cutter has broad experience representing clients in state and federal courts as well as in various alternative dispute resolution forums. Previously, she was a litigation associate with the Atlanta office of Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP.
In her law practice, Ms. Cutter has handled to successful resolution various kinds of matters, including cases involving consumer credit, trademarks, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, negligent construction, community association law, as well as all manner of contract disputes.
