Bryan E. Busch is a founding member of Taylor-Busch. Mr. Busch’s principal areas of practice include business and commercial litigation, land use litigation, catastrophic personal injury, collection matters and appellate issues.
Mr. Busch has represented the firm’s corporate clients in all types
of disputes including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, securities litigation and business torts. Mr. Busch has a wide range of experience litigating cases in both state and federal courts as well as arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Busch is licensed to appear in all Georgia State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Busch served as lead litigation associate for several years at Powell, Goldstein, LLP, one of Atlanta and Washington D.C.’s largest and most respected law firms. Mr. Busch is a frequent speaker on litigation issues and has been involved in publishing several articles on suits against local governments.
