Adam M. Slipakoff is a founding member of Taylor-Busch and is the firm's corporate practice group leader. Mr. Slipakoff's principal areas of concentration include corporate finance matters such as public and private securities offerings, merger and acquisition transactions and general business law matters. Mr. Slipakoff has represented businesses at all stages of development and in a variety of industries. His merger and acquisition practice includes structuring and financing acquisitions and divestitures for public and privately owned companies and involves both domestic and international acquisitions. In the corporate finance arena, Mr. Slipakoff has represented clients in connection with private placements of equity and debt securities, venture capital, project finance and joint venture transactions, and ongoing compliance issues under the federal and state securities laws. He is a frequent speaker on corporate finance topics, such as venture capital financings and general corporate matters.
Mr. Slipakoff served as senior corporate associate for several years at Powell, Goldstein, LLP, one of Atlanta and Washington D.C.’s largest and most respected law firms. Mr. Slipakoff graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. In addition, Mr. Slipakoff received an MBA in Securities Analysis and an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
